Adam, Jamie, and company first give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the Breaking Bad set, followed by the first major test in this episode: Can humans survive if they parachute out of an airplane and land in a desert? The team set up the scene using a replica of the Albuquerque desert from Breaking Bad and jumped out of a H-4 Hind helicopter. Despite the obvious difficulty of the jump, the MythBusters all survived and were able to walk away from the experience with a few minor injuries. The next test was to put a human being in a bathtub of hydrofluoric acid and let it sit for a day. After soaking for four hours, the MythBusters decided that their subject had met his demise at the hands of the highly corrosive chemical. In the final test, the creators of the show aimed for the ultimate test of human persistence: Can humans survive on a desert island for a week?
