Madagascar: A Little Wild features the lovable foursome Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo. Capturing the iconic personalities of each of the four dynamos, Madagascar: A Little Wild showcases the team as kids residing in their rescue habitat at the Central Park Zoo. The Mighty Ones centers around the premise that in every backyard, a secret world exists filled with tiny creatures. The Mighty Ones, follows the hilarious adventures of a group of creatures: a twig, a pebble, a leaf and a strawberry. These best friends, self-named The Mighty Ones, live in an unkempt backyard belonging to a trio of equally unkempt humans whom they mistake for gods. Despite their diminutive stature, The Mighty Ones are determined to live life large and always have fun in their wild world. The series is executive produced by Sunil Hall (Pickle and Peanut) and Lynne Naylor-Reccardi (Samurai Jack).

We are always on the hunt for shows we can watch together a family. A Little Wild is a great addition to our lineup. It has the shenanigans of the films with little lessons built in that are needed and well-timed considering what life is like right now. The show can open up doors to have conversations with your children about tough topics like belonging, loss, sickness, and more.


Madagascar: A Little Wild is based on the DreamWorks hit animated trilogy Madagascar, and follows the original four characters Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo as younger versions of themselves. The series is currently on its third season, which sees the foursome continuing their wild episodes in New York City at the famous Central Park Zoo, this time featuring a trip to Coney Island and a ride on the newest roller coaster.


The brand new DreamWorks Animation series is coming to Hulu and Peacock on September 7, but this time the characters are kids residing in their rescue habitat at the Central Park Zoo. They might be small, but like everybody who lands in New York City, these little guys have big dreams and Madagascar: A Little Wild will follow all of their adventures. Each episode also features original music and songs!


The holiday season is about to get a little wild. Dreamworks has just released the teaser for an upcoming holiday special starring the young versions of the hit 2005 film Madagascar from the animated series Madagascar: A Little Wild. The teaser for Holiday Goose Chase, as well as the synopsis, is available below.


The synopsis reads, "During holiday time in the habitat, Melman is determined to add one more sticker to his yearly "Nice" list; when he meets a gander who's been separated from his family, Melman and the gang embark on a wild goose chase around the city.
